Kainjoo®, a marketing and business consulting firm founded by Haider Alleg in 2014, merged with Astate, a creative studio of  7 people, founded in Morges by Alexander Imhoff in 2007.
The new structure is called now Kainjoo SNC and remain based in Morges in the same office. M. Imhoff is now partner at 50% and take the role Creative Director & Founding Partner.

By combining strategic consulting, innovative and creative ideas, Kainjoo SNC is generating a new added value to its customer base, and represents an unique set of skills offering the full services you need to work in complexes industries. Gateway between markets, departments and targeted consumers, Kainjoo is accelerating your business while optimising your internal capabilities. Doing so in regulated fields such as the healthcare industry pushed the group to step-up the quality in delivery.

Both digital natives, Haider Alleg and Alexander Imhoff embed innovation in everything they do, and see also here technology as a mean to deliver a higher sense of emotions. “With the Astate portfolio, Kainjoo benefits from a rich experience in the creative department, recognized in Switzerland and abroad, necessary to make great ideas leaves the slides and become a reality”, share Haider Alleg, Managing Director of the group. The new team of 10 is establishing itself in Morges, in the center of the city, ideally located between Geneva Airport and Lausanne, 2 hub for a business that is at 60% located outside Switzerland. The new company will keep the brand name Kainjoo, reflecting an existing service offering that started in early 2015 and counting already success stories as such as being the lead firm for Gedeon Richter or Mölnkycke globally.
